At Mumin Collections, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Time Frame: You have 07 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic reasons, certain items such as undergarments, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@mumincollections.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Item Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@mumincollections.com. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose a different product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@mumincollections.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
